Position Summary Rio Roofing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our roofing operations on job sites. This role is key to ensuring our projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while upholding our company's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our crews and clients. Objectives:
Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient project completion and follow-up. Complete roofing jobs within budget, avoiding inefficiencies and unnecessary costs. Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate roof load orders with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery. Track time spent on each job site to manage labor efficiency. Monitor leftover materials, arranging for returns to suppliers to recover credit where applicable. Ensure crews are punctual, maintaining an efficient workflow to meet project deadlines. Conduct thorough pre-walks on full roofs and complex projects to identify potential challenges. Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners, confirming their satisfaction and collecting final payments.Key Competencies and Skills:
