We work primarily with restoration companies, insurance partners, and homeowners to get kitchens and bathrooms functional again as quickly as possible. Instead of unnecessarily tearing out and replacing an entire kitchen, we remove the affected cabinets, restore or rebuild what is needed, and reinstall everything to look like it belongs. Our goal is to help homeowners get their homes back with less disruption, shorter timelines, and great craftsmanship. We are a growing local company based in West Jordan, Utah , building a team that cares about doing excellent work and treating people well. The Opportunity We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to help manage the administrative and operational side of our growing business. This role is central to keeping jobs moving, customers informed, schedules organized, invoices sent, and internal systems accurate. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, learn the business, and grow with a company that is still building and improving its systems. The Role The Project Coordinator helps keep every project moving from approval through completion and payment. You will be the central hub connecting customers, our field and shop teams, subcontractors, vendors, and management. This isn't a position where you simply answer phones and complete assigned paperwork. We need someone who enjoys taking ownership, noticing what is missing, following up without being asked, and creating order when there are a lot of moving pieces. A great Project Coordinator helps make sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Own Managing the schedule for jobs, crews, installers, and subcontractors Coordinating subcontractors and vendors, including invoices and payments Following up on estimates waiting for approval or authorization Generating, sending, and tracking customer invoices Following up on accounts receivable and outstanding payments Tracking accounts payable and company bills Allocating expenses and maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online Keeping job information accurate and current in our project-management system Identifying missing documentation, incomplete job activity, or items requiring follow-up Maintaining employee and project workflows within our systems Answering and coordinating office phone calls and emails Communicating with customers throughout their projects Performing post-job quality follow-ups Requesting and responding to Google Reviews Maintaining office organization, supplies, and general administrative needs Most importantly, you will continually be asking: What needs to happen next to keep this project moving? What Success Looks Like You are doing well in this position when our team knows where every job stands, customers aren't wondering what is happening, invoices go out quickly, payments are followed up on, project information is accurate, and problems are identified before they become bigger problems. The right person will bring structure and consistency to a fast-moving environment. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have experience in an administrative, project coordinator, office management, or operations role Are extremely organized and enjoy managing multiple workflows at the same time Have strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers, documentation, and financial information Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and text Are comfortable following up repeatedly when something needs to get done Learn software and systems quickly Are comfortable working with QuickBooks Online, CRMs, project-management systems, or similar tools Can prioritize independently instead of waiting for someone to give you every next task Stay calm when priorities change Enjoy solving problems and bringing order to complicated situations Experience in restoration, construction, insurance claims, cabinetry, or other home-service businesses is preferred , but it is not required for someone with the right organizational skills and mindset. Our Values Communicate Early. Communicate Often. Problems become much easier to solve when we communicate quickly and clearly. Do What You Say. Our customers and teammates need to know they can depend on us. Own Mistakes. Mistakes happen. We expect people to acknowledge them, help fix them, and learn from them. Over-Deliver. We look for opportunities to do a little more than expected and leave people impressed with how they were treated. Be Respectful and Transparent. We can disagree, ask hard questions, and challenge ideas while still treating each other with respect. Stay Humble and Keep Learning. We don't expect anyone to know everything. We do expect people to be willing to learn, improve, and receive feedback. We care about experience, but we also hire heavily for character, communication, reliability, and growth potential. Compensation & Benefits $20-$25/hour , depending on experience Full-time position Based in West Jordan, Utah Regular weekday schedule 7 days of paid vacation/PTO per year 6 paid holidays 1 floating paid holiday Opportunity to grow in responsibility as the company grows Benefits are subject to company policy and eligibility requirements. Why Renew Medic? We are still building this company, which means this role has an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we operate. You won't be stepping into a massive organization where processes have been set for decades. You'll help us improve them. For someone who likes responsibility, enjoys seeing the results of their work, and wants to grow alongside a company, this can be a great opportunity.
