We are actively seeking a Secret-cleared Project Manager to support our clients at the USDTA (U.S. Trade and Development Agency).Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.Work Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing audio-visual operations and records management at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency in a full-time, on-site capacity. The role requires strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills, along with demonstrated analytical and organizational capabilities. The Project Manager exhibits strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and has experience overseeing and implementing a Quality Control Program. This position involves proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, as well as experience supporting administrative functions such as office management, records, human resources, and procurement. The Project Manager is also responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, leading projects through the development of project plans and process maps, and utilizing software tools for data analysis, financial management, and project management. The individual must be able to manage multiple priorities effectively, mitigate risks related to timelines, costs, and compliance, and leverage data to inform decision-making, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the role requires an understanding of budget oversight, contractor personnel management, and other key administrative functions. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and retain a "SECRET" security clearance.Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will support tasks such as: Managing a team of 7 (seven) Service Contract Act (SCA) employees providing administrative, Freedom of Information Act, information management, and audio/visual supportRequirements:
At least 15 years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree required Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment Posses strong organizational and customer service skills U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearancePreferred Qualifications:
