Project Consultant

About the Role Design Pro is looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to build a successful career in the home remodeling industry. This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for people who are sales-oriented, organized, great with people, and eager to learn. You don't need to be a lifelong construction expert — we're looking for individuals with a thirst for growth, strong work ethic, and a desire to deliver a great client experience. A background in sales is preferred. If you enjoy selling and managing projects, solving problems, and helping homeowners improve their spaces, this could be a great fit. You'll guide remodeling projects from the first client meeting through completion, working closely with homeowners, contractors, and our internal team to ensure every project runs smoothly. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners and help guide them through their remodeling projects Schedule estimates, proactively reach out to cold leads, and generate new business opportunities through consistent outreach and self-driven effort Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling, communication, and coordination Work with contractors, suppliers, and our internal team to keep projects moving forward Review plans, project details, and scope of work to ensure everything is clear and organized Visit job sites to check progress and ensure quality work Use project management tools to track timelines, updates, and documentation Keep clients informed and deliver a 5-star experience throughout the project What We're Looking For Proven ability or strong desire to close deals and hit performance goals Sales-driven mindset with confidence in asking for the business Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based (commission) role Strong communication and people skills Interest in home remodeling, construction, design, or real estate Problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of projects Willingness to learn new systems and tools Experience in construction or remodeling is helpful, but not required for the right candidate with the drive to succeed. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
