Project Manager - Water / Wastewater Construction $110,000-$160,000 A growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects throughout Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in municipal utility construction and project execution.
