Job Description At United Airlines, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate team. This role is based in Dulles, Virginia, and involves managing various real estate projects that support our operational and strategic goals. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage real estate projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Prepare and present project updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate project risks. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in real estate. Strong knowledge of real estate development processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
