Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a highly organized, proactive communications professional to support our Aeronautics Systems strategic communications team. Reporting to the manager of content and channel strategy, this role is responsible for helping to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously for business priorities. You'll make a difference by: Leading end-to-end planning and execution of strategic communications projects, campaigns and initiatives and ensure stakeholder awareness Developing project plans, timelines and success measures aligned to business focus areas and priorities Establishing project governance, workflows and processes that enable efficient collaboration across communications and business teams Partnering with content and creative teams to coordinate development and production of materials to satisfy business needs You'll be a great fit if you: Can confidently and independently interact with executive leaders, and all levels of employees Are experienced in developing and executing project management plans to achieve business objectives Are a strategic thinker, strong problem solver who is collaborative and pays attention to every detail Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading through change Are able to digest complex concepts and communicate them in simple and effective ways
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience, Masters Degree with 3 years of experience or 1 year of experience with a PhD Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects Proficiency in creating, maintaining and utilizing metrics in Tableau, excel, and SharePoint Experience in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to work independently and multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred Familiarity with regulatory requirements for equipment installation in manufacturing environments Experience with presentations to leadership, executives
Primary Level Salary Range:
$81,400.00 - $141,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
