Project Manager:

Own project execution from preconstruction through closeout, managing a team of APMs, Field Engineers, and Superintendents ? Ideal for a candidate ready to run their own project(s) with the backing of an established, growing firm What You'll Be Doing ? Lead subcontractor buy-out, scope negotiation, and trade coordination across all divisions of work ? Own project budget, forecasting, and cost control - identifying risk and driving corrective action ? Develop and maintain the master project schedule in partnership with the Superintendent ? Manage change order process, RFIs, submittals, and contract compliance in Procore ? Serve as primary client-facing contact - building and maintaining owner relationships through transparent, proactive communication ? Lead weekly OAC meetings and mentor APMs and Field Engineers on the project team What You Bring ???? Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management ???? 5+ years of experience on large-scale ground-up commercial projects. High-rise residential, hospitality, senior living, or biomedical strongly preferred ???? Proven track record owning budget, schedule, and subcontractor relationships on negotiated/repeat-client work ???? Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office ???? Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-relationship skills ???? Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ????
