Job Description A successful candidate will have experience managing website migration projects, a basic understanding of content management systems, design principles, and cloudinfrastructure. The fast-paced environment will allow the PM/Scrum Master to support multiple projects or products. The fast-paced environment will require balancing priorities across multiple projects within his/her portfolio of projects. The candidate will work closely with the technical staff to prioritize development of multiple projects based on client demands. The candidate will need experience directly interfacing with mid-level to senior management clients and exhibit strong communication skills. The candidate will oversee integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives by working closely with product owners, development leads, architects, engineers, and quality assurance staff. The Project Manager will collect requirements from clients, work with the technical team to develop a schedule, track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and report to both CTAC and client management. Job Requirements Required Skills 3-5 years of related technical project management experience
PMP Certification
Understanding of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec
Experience with project budgets, resources planning/management, and reporting
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties, technical, and business product managers
Strong people leader and relationship manager
Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation
Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
