Job Description The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will: Lead day-to-day management of a hyperscale data center tenant fit-out project in Gainesville, VA. Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, consultants, trade partners, and key stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficient project delivery. Support the development of company-wide data center construction processes and best practices. Provide strategic input as the organization expands its data center operations. Deliver regular project updates to executive leadership and ownership teams. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will have: 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with mission critical, data center, industrial, or complex commercial projects. Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and trade partners. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and significant growth potential. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience with tenant fit-outs, mission critical environments, or fast-paced commercial construction projects is highly desirable. What's on Offer The Project Manager | Hyperscale Data Center | Founding Division Member will receive: Base salary up to $140,000-$150,000 for exceptional candidates.
