Type:

full-time Open to relocated to Newport News NO Visa or sponsorship. Can obtain clearance in future Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Preferred Qualifications Must have a strong ability to communicate to all levels of leadership. Must possess the necessary verbal and written communication skills to successfully interface with various organizations throughout the company (and various job levels within those organizations). The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build teams with internal/external customers and within their own organization. Experience or familiarity with EVM-based cost analysis, labor resource management, operational schedules, and managing operational objectives and tasks. Analyze budget, manning and project plans, provide regular briefings to management on business performance, risks and recommend solutions. Program Office experience preferred. Have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Six-Sigma certification a plus. PMP certification a plus.
