Car allowance 500 MO, Bonus 10-20K range 4 weeks PTO, 4% 401K About Our Client My client is a privately held, Class A licensed general contractor that works on technically complex, high‑profile interior projects located in Herndon, VA. Job Description Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and contracts. Conduct site visits to track progress and address any on-site issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in resolving project challenges and implementing solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with construction project management processes and tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year. Permanent position with growth potential.
