$120,000-$130,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of construction project management experience to lead complex healthcare and government/public-sector construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is NOT a remote work position. This is a senior leadership position for a proven construction professional who can take full ownership of project delivery, including budget, schedule, contracts, quality, safety, risk management, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have significant healthcare construction experience, including work in hospitals, medical centers, clinics, outpatient facilities, laboratories, or other complex healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Lead complex construction projects from pre-construction through final completion and closeout. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, quality, safety, and risk. Lead healthcare construction and renovation projects, including work in occupied or operational facilities. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, vendors, and government agencies. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project controls. Manage change orders, claims, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and contract administration. Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, quality, safety, and construction risks. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, codes, permits, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate complex phasing, shutdowns, infection-control requirements, and operational constraints associated with healthcare facilities. Lead project meetings and provide clear, executive-level reporting on project performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and design professionals. Drive successful project closeout, commissioning, punch lists, and turnover. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience. Proven experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects. Significant healthcare construction experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field . Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, claims, and risk. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project controls, contract administration, and construction documents. Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in complex project environments. Preferred Government or public-sector construction experience. Experience with occupied healthcare facilities. Experience with hospitals, medical centers, clinics, laboratories, or other specialized healthcare facilities. PMP, CCM, PE, RA, or other relevant professional certification. Compensation $120,000-$130,000 base salary + performance-based bonus program. This is NOT a remote work position. Bonus opportunities may be tied to successful project delivery, cost and schedule performance, quality, safety, client satisfaction, project closeout, and overall individual performance.
