Seeking an individual to work under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager to execute the daily activities required for our commercial projects Applicants should have some (limited is OK) Commercial Construction Management experience and/or an educational background in Construction Management This individual will be relied upon to aggressively, thoroughly, and expediently assist with Project Documentation, Material Procurement, Labor Management, and Client relations Most or our Projects would be for existing clients with whom we have long standing relationships, but require the highest level of quality & expediency Some travel may be required to support the construction of our numerous out of state projects Must have some auto-CAD and Bluebeam proficiency to draft shop drawings of a roof area and project- specific details and have excellent and professional communication skills. Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills are also desired.
