Project Managers (PM and Snr PMs) - Commercial Electrical Position Overview We are seeking a decisive and experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects and oversee a team of project managers. This role requires strategic leadership, operational command, and the ability to ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex commercial electrical construction projects from start to finish. Supervise and mentor other project managers, ensuring their projects meet performance, budget, and schedule goals. Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, estimators, and vendors to maintain project momentum. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts with expert-level accuracy. Monitor budgets, timelines, and progress; resolve issues proactively. Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards. Oversee RFIs, change orders, documentation, and project closeout procedures. Conduct site visits and client meetings to maintain transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but can substitute with experience). 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management. Deep knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification.
