Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing crews on site, communicating with clients, and resolving any issue that may occur. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this position ensures that every installation runs smoothly, post-install actions are completed, customer issues are resolved promptly, and projects are moved to invoicing and closure. This position also performs repair tests and provides repair videos as needed to assist in the public adjuster process. This position may also perform ladder assistance to sales personnel to facilitate initial customer outreach. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This is not an inclusive list. • Will be required to develop a deep knowledge of company products, processes, and supplier teammates

• Works with other Operations Department personnel (Project Management Coordinators and Customer Success Managers) to ensure that all installations are performed according to the company Scope of Work (SOW) Monitors progress of jobs via company software and dashboards to ensure company installation and revenue goals are met. Reports to Director of Operations significant issues requiring company-wide coordination to resolve. Coordinates with sub-contractors and suppliers as needed to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of jobs Conducts shingle repair tests and provides shingle repair videos to assist the sales and operations team in completing the insurance claim process Provides ladder assistance to sales personnel to facility roof inspections and customer outreach efforts to contribute to sales. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and/or Experience Associate degree with three (3) years related experience; or five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate and share information. Professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Detail oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations This position has no certification, licensure or registration requirements. The employee is frequently required to stand/sit for long periods of time, must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. This position requires the employee to be able to climb up to 30' ladders and assist in rooftop activities.
