full-time Senior Project Coordinator - Semiconductor Manufacturing Construction We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support large-scale semiconductor manufacturing construction projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities across engineering, construction, procurement, scheduling, safety, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and client teams Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and construction progress Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and turnover packages Support construction sequencing, cleanroom build activities, MEP coordination, and tool installation schedules Monitor procurement and material delivery status to support field execution Facilitate project meetings and maintain action-item logs and status reporting Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and change management processes Support safety, quality, and compliance documentation requirements Coordinate commissioning, testing, punch list resolution, and system turnover activities Identify project risks, schedule impacts, and coordination issues and escalate as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred 5+ years of project coordination experience in industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or large-scale construction environments Strong understanding of construction project workflows, scheduling, and document control processes Experience supporting MEP, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing projects preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, project tracking systems, and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment Preferred Experience Semiconductor fab or cleanroom construction experience Commissioning/startup and turnover coordination EPC, industrial construction, or manufacturing facility project experience Position Summary This role is ideal for a highly organized project professional who thrives in complex construction environments and can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to keep critical semiconductor manufacturing projects on schedule and aligned with quality and safety standards.
