Location:
Norfolk, VA Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects in a fast-paced production environment. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders, and enjoys managing multiple priorities while keeping projects moving forward. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams Prepare quotes and estimates for print and direct mail projects Maintain regular communication regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables Facilitate meetings, status updates, and project reviews Track project performance, identify risks, and communicate issues along with recommended solutions Support production teams in resolving project discrepancies and ensuring quality standards are met Conduct research and respond to client inquiries while coordinating solutions with internal departments Prepare project reports, analyze data, and verify report accuracy Maintain security and confidentiality standards when handling client information Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, account coordination, or a similar role Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting project requirements Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with Adobe products is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management Preferred Qualifications Experience in print manufacturing, production operations, direct mail, or marketing environments Familiarity with project estimating, work orders, contracts, process documentation, or production workflows What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional communication skills High level of integrity and accountability Self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple departments Why Apply?
