MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER

This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, and full project lifecycle execution. Our client has been delivering high-quality mechanical construction solutions for over 50 years and specializes in New Construction, Industrial Refrigeration, Special Projects and Manufacturing. What You'll Do Manage equipment, materials, and subcontractor estimates Develop and maintain project schedules Negotiate and price change orders Submit and manage RFIs Oversee project closeout and documentation Collaborate with field leadership and virtual construction teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget What We're Looking For Experience managing mechanical, HVAC, piping, or industrial construction projects Experience overseeing projects lasting 1+ year Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Proficiency with Excel and project management software Strong communication skills with GCs, owners, and subcontractors Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction (preferred) Please reach out ASAP for immediate consideration.
