Supervisor (Future Project Manager)

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Supervisor position include: 2-5+ years of construction or remodeling experience; assist in managing projects from start to finish Ability to support Project Managers while learning estimating and project coordination Experience ordering materials and ensuring timely delivery to job sites Comfortable managing 5-10 active jobs simultaneously with strong organizational skills Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards are met Conduct site visits and provide progress updates to leadership Basic estimating knowledge or willingness to learn estimating processes Strong communication skills with team members, vendors, and clients

Salary :

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
