The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting Rosendin's proposals, lead pre-qualification, and CRM administration. Skilled at organizing complex project libraries and coordinating cross-functional efforts. Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality technical assets that support the broader Company goals.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead pre-qualification submissions and support pursuit teams with technical and non-technical proposal materials. Maintains library of standard company and department assets and project files Maintain internal databases, conduct data entry and support data integrity for Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Assist with and coordinate preconstruction activities throughout the sales process Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the role within the business unit.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Able to organize and coordinate a heavy workload of overlapping priorities and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Experience with Adobe CC (specifically InDesign), beneficial but not required Experience working in a CRM; preferably Salesforce Candidate must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work professionally and reliably under tight deadlines. Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and a team player Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and othersWHAT YOU BRING TO US
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations technical training and/or related experience Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Construction/Architectural/ Engineering firm is highly preferred Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experienceTRAVEL:

General work environment - sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
