Job Description
Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of multiple large, complex projects. As the primary point of contact, you will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including financial management, change management, scheduling, conflict resolution, and contractor relations. Responsibilities Oversee both Preconstruction and Construction phases and assist in developing project procurement documents for various delivery methods. Manage the cost/change management process from start to finish. Ensure delivery of professional management services by the team and all contracted trades, vendors, consultants, and suppliers. Coordinate with the Design Team to align design package delivery with schedules for estimating, bidding, and construction. Allocate project resources based on demands and adjust needs throughout the project life cycle. Establish subcontract agreements and work scopes for all trade contractors. Execute contractual risk protections by determining Builder's Risk Insurance approach and ensuring coverage amounts and dates. Lead the team with a strong emphasis on safety, eliminating and mitigating hazardous conditions. Model safety awareness, promptly address unsafe situations, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. Partner with governing authorities for inspections and approvals to fulfill or exceed standards. Manage conflict and disputes to develop mutually acceptable solutions. Promote the development of team members by modeling effective performance and encouraging learning opportunities. Provide motivational feedback and constructive criticism to the project team. Provide on-site leadership by motivating the project team to meet goals and manage project expectations. Essential Skills Must have concrete experience. Site development experience. 5+ years of experience in overseeing multiple projects. Civil engineering experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with subcontractors. Work Environment The position is based onsite in the Sterling office with daily visits to projects in the DMV area. A vehicle allowance will be included. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
