We specialize in tenant improvement, metal stud framing, drywall, and coatings. The projects we support are healthcare, education, mixed-use, commercial, and federal interiors projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial drywall and metal stud projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully executing commercial drywall and metal stud construction projects. This individual will work closely with Estimators, Superintendents, Foremen, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial drywall and metal framing projects simultaneously. Oversee all phases of project execution, from turnover through final closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts. Monitor project performance, profitability, and financial outcomes. Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, architects, and consultants. Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Collaborate closely with company Superintendents and Foremen to ensure successful project execution. Foster strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunities. Prepare project budgets and cost projections. Track labor productivity, material costs, and job cost reports. Review monthly financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage project billings, collections, and change order pricing.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in a commercial skilled trade. Drywall, metal stud framing, and interiors are preferred. Strong understanding of drywall assemblies, metal framing systems, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and finishes. Experience managing projects ranging from $250K to $10M+. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project controls. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
