Bath Center Seattle, WA Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Job Summary Luxury Bath of Seattle is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, installation teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage multiple remodeling projects simultaneously from scheduling through completion. Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays. Conduct project walkthroughs and quality inspections. Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations with customers. Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and available for scheduled installations. Track project costs and maintain accurate project documentation. Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with production, sales, and customer service teams to achieve project goals. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in project management, construction, remodeling, home improvement, or related field preferred. Strong organization and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We Offer Competitive pay:
