LP Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager II to support capital operations and infrastructure planning initiatives. This role will partner with finance, construction, and operational stakeholders to manage funding plans, schedules, cost estimates, forecasting activities, and capital appropriation requests across large-scale operational projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project scheduling and stakeholder management experience within large enterprise environments and be comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage capital project funding plans and forecasting activities Coordinate with finance, construction, and startup funding teams Track schedules, budgets, estimates, and cost inputs Prepare and manage capital appropriation requests (CARs) Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with operational goals Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams Maintain reporting templates, schedules, and forecasting documentation Identify project risks and drive timely resolutions Support planning activities for fulfillment center or infrastructure-related initiatives Communicate project updates and status to senior leadership
Must Have Skills:
PMP certification OR 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience Strong project scheduling and coordination experience Experience managing projects in large enterprise environments Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exposure Stakeholder management across cross-functional teams Experience handling multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
