This role coordinates communication between the office, fabrication shop, installers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects move efficiently from scheduling through installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction and fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Coordination Coordinate schedules for templating, fabrication, deliveries, and installations. Track project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met. Communicate daily priorities with shop and field crews. Assist with production planning and workflow organization. Help resolve scheduling conflicts and operational bottlenecks.

Team & Project Support:

Support management with day-to-day operational tasks. Ensure smooth communication between departments. Help maintain organized office and operational systems. Assist with onboarding coordination for crews and subcontractors. Maintain installation calendars and internal scheduling systems.

Process & Quality Support:

Help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Follow up on outstanding operational items. Support implementation of company procedures and workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, remodeling, fabrication, or operations coordination preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling software, or project management systems is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Experience in the field +2 years required

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
