$90,000
  • $110,000 annually + performance-based bonus Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager
  • Control Systems to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of critical service projects.
This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of critical service projects from initiation through completion Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Allocate resources across multi-branch service teams to optimize efficiency and performance Coordinate with service administration teams to ensure smooth project execution Monitor budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency to meet financial targets Develop and maintain detailed project status reports for leadership and stakeholders Ensure accurate documentation and commissioning to meet compliance requirements and reduce risk Implement best practices to improve project execution and future performance Serve as the primary liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients Coordinate seamless project handoffs between sales and service teams Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience managing service-based projects from planning through execution Proficiency with project management tools and software Ability to develop milestone-driven project plans Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to identify risks, drive performance, and implement process improvements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience or similar role Industry experience in electrical, construction, or related field preferred PMP certification highly desirable
Project Management Expertise:
Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee service-based projects.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements.
Software Proficiency:
Strong experience with project management tools and software. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project Completion Rate
