Job Summary:
This position will be supporting the shipping team across all product lines through the end of the year, reporting to senior management. Under direct supervision, assists in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Tracks progress and identify/resolves obstacles. Communicates to internal and external clients. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports. This is a role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
