Responsibilities Ensure that we are providing the highest quality restoration services following all IICRC guidelines Oversee other Restoration Techs and communicate with Property Managers and customers Respond to water and fire emergencies Perform water extraction, structural drying, and demolition Set up and remove restoration equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Document losses and conduct inspections Provide compassionate customer service on-site Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training) Qualifications Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs. 2+ years of experience Clean background check and ability to access Military Bases and Installations Able to be on call Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
