Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Project Manager - Construction to lead commercial real estate and interior fit-out projects from conception through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with codes and client standards. Partner with clients, design teams, and vendors to deliver innovative, sustainable spaces. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial construction and fit-out projects for corporate and investor clients. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost reports. Create and track detailed project schedules, milestones, and critical paths. Procure, contract, and manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements. Coordinate design reviews, RFIs, change orders, and value engineering. Report project status, risks, and mitigation plans to clients and internal stakeholders. Drive quality control, site reviews, and punch-list closeout to meet JLL standards. Incorporate sustainability and innovation goals into project planning and execution. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and safety-focused project culture.
