What You'll Do This isn't a sit-back-and-manage role-you'll be in the driver's seat, building relationships, leading projects, and making real-time decisions that move work forward. Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors Strengthen partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers Lead multiple projects from kickoff through closeout Manage contracts, budgets, and schedules with confidence Navigate change orders, revisions, and evolving project needs Help modernize and improve processes-including leveraging AI and new technologies Day-to-Day Impact You'll touch every part of the project lifecycle, including: Budgeting & cost control Scheduling & manpower coordination Change orders & billings Equipment & material buyouts Subcontractor management RFIs & coordination drawings Submittals & closeout Commissioning, training, and turnover Driving client satisfaction-and future opportunities Required Qualifications Buyouts Change Orders Project Leadership Subcontracting Training Cost Control Budgeting Request for Information (RFI) Management Business Process Improvement Why Holmberg Mechanical?
