In this pivotal role, you will support project managers and senior coordinators in ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Your proactive approach, combined with strong organizational skills, will help drive project efficiency, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in construction project coordination and management while contributing to impactful building projects. Duties Support the preparation and review of construction quotes, estimates, bids, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Clear communication between contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows. Track project progress, update schedules regularly, and identify potential delays or issues early to enable prompt resolution. Utilize tools like ProCore, Buildertrend, Planswift, and other construction management software to document changes, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals. Assist in managing project documentation, creating submittals, change orders, and correspondence to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications Proven experience in the flooring industry is highly preferred. Experience in Google (Docs). Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, PlanSwift, Buildertrend, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of construction management processes including contracts, project coordination, and site safety procedures. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Very detail oriented is a must. Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders across various projects. Knowledge of government or commercial construction projects is a plus.
