Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Project Manager to lead and manage small to medium-sized capital projects in a highly regulated nuclear power environment. What You'll Do

• Lead projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and control of project activities
• Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery of work
• Manage teams of 5-10 members and coordinate across engineering, vendors, and stakeholders
• Handle ALARA planning, industrial & nuclear safety, work packages, procurement, and resource planning
• Develop budgets, track cost performance, and support financial/project controls coordination
• Manage contracts and vendor relationships
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management
• Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in managing complex nuclear or industrial projects
• Expertise in outage management, on-line work management, and human performance improvement methods
• Proven ability in budget control, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills Education & Certification One of the following:
• Bachelor's degree + 14 years technical experience
• Associate degree + 16 years technical experience
• High School Diploma/GED + 18 years technical experience
• Project Management Certification (required)
