Trustworthy Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of roofing experience who understands installation standards, materials, crew coordination, customer communication, and job-site quality control. The Project Manager will be responsible for making sure every roofing project is properly prepared, supplied, installed, documented, and completed to Trustworthy Roofing standards. Position Overview As a Roofing Project Manager , you will oversee roofing projects from the time they are scheduled until the customer signs off on the completed work. You will coordinate crews, materials, suppliers, customers, inspectors, and company leadership while ensuring the roof is installed according to manufacturer specifications, building codes, approved scope, and Trustworthy Roofing quality standards. This is a hands-on field position. You must be comfortable visiting active job sites, climbing roofs when necessary, inspecting workmanship, delivering materials, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish Review contracts, scopes of work, measurements, material lists, and project notes before installation Confirm project specifications, shingle colors, accessories, ventilation requirements, and approved upgrades before work begins Coordinate job scheduling with homeowners, crews, suppliers, and office staff Ensure all required materials are ordered and available before installation Pick up and deliver materials, tools, supplies, and emergency items to job sites when needed Verify material deliveries for correct quantities, colors, products, and accessories Communicate with suppliers regarding shortages, damaged materials, returns, and additional material needs Perform pre-job site inspections and identify potential installation challenges Meet roofing crews at job sites and clearly communicate the approved scope of work Monitor tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingle installation, and finishing details Ensure roofing systems are installed correctly and according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards Inspect roof decking for rot, deterioration, or other conditions requiring replacement Verify proper installation of ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, flashing, pipe boots, valleys, vents, ridge systems, and other roofing components Identify installation mistakes early and have them corrected before project completion Monitor workmanship on fascia, gutters, skylights, chimney flashing, roof penetrations, and related exterior work when included in the project Document unexpected conditions and notify management before approving significant additional work Prepare and communicate change orders when additional labor or materials are required Take clear before, during, and after photos of each project Maintain accurate project documentation, notes, receipts, material usage, and change-order information Communicate project progress and important updates to homeowners Address homeowner concerns professionally and promptly Coordinate with inspectors when permits or inspections are required Monitor weather conditions and adjust project schedules when necessary Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements Make sure landscaping, siding, windows, driveways, decks, and homeowner property are protected during construction Ensure job sites remain organized throughout the project Verify proper cleanup, magnetic nail sweeping, and debris removal Coordinate dumpster and trailer delivery and pickup Inspect completed roofs before the crew leaves whenever possible Create and manage punch lists for outstanding items Confirm all punch-list items and callbacks are completed Conduct or coordinate the homeowner's final walkthrough Confirm the customer is satisfied before closing out the project Submit completed project documentation to the office for invoicing and warranty processing Help coordinate warranty work and service calls when necessary Maintain communication between sales representatives, installers, office staff, suppliers, and company ownership Help improve installation processes and identify opportunities to reduce waste, callbacks, and job delays Represent Trustworthy Roofing professionally with customers, vendors, neighbors, inspectors, and crew members Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of roofing industry experience Strong knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing installation Experience with roof replacement and repair projects Understanding of roof decking, flashing, ventilation, underlayment, ice and water shield, valleys, penetrations, and drainage Ability to recognize improper roofing installation and workmanship issues Previous experience supervising roofing crews or managing roofing projects strongly preferred Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs Comfortable working around active construction sites Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent customer communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with installers and subcontractors Ability to read roofing scopes, measurements, proposals, and material orders Strong attention to detail Ability to document jobs through photos, notes, and reports Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout Pierce County, King County, and surrounding service areas Ability to lift and transport roofing materials and Compensation Commission-Based Compensation Earning Potential:

Up to $150,000+ Per Year Compensation will be based on production, project performance, experience, and the agreed commission structure.
