Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator for a direct hire opportunity in Redmond, WA with a company supporting construction, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys keeping projects organized, supporting project teams, and managing important documentation with accuracy. The Project Administrator will help coordinate contracts, invoices, billing, project files, supplies, and change order documentation.   • Support project coordination activities, including documentation, email communication, contracts, invoices, billing, and project records.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files to ensure project information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Assist with supply ordering, change order tracking, and administrative follow-up for construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders through email, phone, and written correspondence.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer systems to complete administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Help ensure project administration tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with team needs. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

    Redmond, WA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Coordinate project administration tasks for construction, industrial facilities, or infrastructure-related projects.
  • Support contract, invoice, billing, change order, supply, and file management processes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates clearly with team members.
  • Assist project teams with administrative follow-up, scheduling support, and day-to-day coordination.
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative, project coordination, or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, shared files, and general office technology.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, industrial facilities, infrastructure, engineering, or a related project-based environment.
  • Familiarity with contracts, invoices, billing, purchase orders, supplies, or change order documentation.
  • Prior experience supporting project managers, construction teams, or operations teams.
