Project and Contract Management Support Specialist (DOE Hanford)

Richland, WA 99352 (onsite) About the Position Monneus Group LLC is seeking a project and contract management professional to support the U.S. Department of Energy, Hanford Field Office, Assistant Manager for River and Plateau (AMRP). This is a Government-side contract administration role supporting one of Hanford's major cleanup organizations. You will prepare and track contract actions, develop change order packages and government estimates, coordinate technical analysis reviews across subject matter experts, Estimating, Contracts, and Legal, and serve as the connective tissue between AMRP's project staff and the contracting functions that support them. Responsibilities Provide contract management support including preparation, coordination, revision, and tracking of contract actions and related correspondence for subject matter experts and Division Directors Research, analyze, and provide input on potential and existing contract actions, including change processes, duplicate claims, and recommendations for negotiations Develop and serve as primary liaison for technical analysis review packages involving SMEs, Estimating, Contracts, Legal, and Division Directors Guide and coordinate contract actions with functional and project-related organizations within the Hanford Field Office, including cost estimating, procurement, and support staff Manage contract deliverables, draft letter responses, maintain project files, and facilitate contracting meetings with updated change tracking logs Maintain and update the work breakdown structure dictionary Develop change order packages including notifications, letter responses, and government estimates Support contractor invoice reviews and task order efforts, including scoping workshops, requests for task proposal, proposal evaluations, and progress tracking Coordinate CPARS evaluation input at the project level by scheduling technical input sessions with SMEs, Division Directors, and support staff Coordinate with the project lead scheduler to maintain an updated schedule for pre-negotiation memo packages Submit a weekly status report to the technical monitor Minimum Qualifications BS/BA degree in a relevant field of study. Five years of experience may be substituted for the degree Minimum of eight years of relevant experience Experience with DOE project and contract management Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and FAR Supplements Working level knowledge of
