Job Description

North West Restoration is a general contractor in Richland, WA. We have serviced the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas for 25 years. We handle commercial and residential water, wind and fire damage as well as remodels We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in all phases of residential construction.

Requirements:

Experience in all phases of residential construction Professional Project Management experience Valid driver's license Job duties include: Meeting with homeowners and planning projects Scheduling employees Ordering and delivering materials Coordinating with subcontractors Quality control on projects Must have drivers license and reliable transportation.
