Months Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized Requirements Management & Data Integration Specialist to support the development, integration, and lifecycle management of project requirements and structured technical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, document, and maintain functional/non-functional requirements. Manage requirements in structured databases and maintain requirements traceability across design, testing, and verification. Support requirements changes, impact assessments, and change management. Develop traceability matrices, reports, and requirements metrics. Define data structures, mappings, workflows, and data integration processes. Support importing project data into requirements, project management, and asset management systems. Collaborate with engineering, licensing, project management, and technical stakeholders. Support data governance, quality, consistency, and system integration initiatives.
Required Skills:
Requirements management and traceability experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills for organizing and analyzing data. Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with IBM DOORS, Jama Connect, or Polarion . Jira or other project management platforms. Asset management systems such as Asset Suite . Python, SQL, or relational databases. Experience in engineering, systems engineering, nuclear, or other regulated environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. RAM#
