LP Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to support large-scale marketing and campaign operations initiatives. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage Agile delivery processes, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure high-quality program outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in Agile project execution within marketing or digital campaign environments. This individual should excel at stakeholder coordination, risk management, sprint facilitation, and operational process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and campaign goals Manage integrated project roadmaps, delivery schedules, and execution plans Track project risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalation paths Support marketing or digital campaign execution across multiple stakeholders Maintain dashboards, status reports, and delivery metrics Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Jira, and Figma Improve operational processes through standardization, automation, and workflow optimization Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and execution frameworks Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program operations

Must Have Skills:

3+ years of Program or Project Management experience Experience managing marketing campaigns or digital campaign operations Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience leading Agile ceremonies and sprint management Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Experience with Workfront, Jira, Figma, or similar project management tools Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
