Job Description
Our client is looking for a temporary OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Coordinator to come and work at a manufacturing company in Spokane Valley WA! This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, has great communication skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment working as team across multiple departments. •Thursday, 6 am
•4:30 pm Temporary position but could become permanent for right candidate Excellent benefit package available upon hire which includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k) with contribution matching, profit sharing, and educational assistance! Responsibilities of the OEM Coordinator Work closely with OEM customers assisting them with product price and availability, order entry, order status, forecasting and problem solving any issues or concerns Analyze customer requirements obtained via EDI or customer websites and coordinate demands with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Shipping Communicate closely with Engineering, Accounting, Purchasing, QA and other relevant departments Support managers by communicating closely on major accounts, issues and new sales opportunities Provide support to the sales department in other areas and accept additional responsibilities as necessary Requirements for the OEM Coordinator Strong communication skills
•both written and oral Experience coordinating with multiple departments Microsoft Office proficiency (including MS Word, Excel and Outlook) Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Team player Ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously Experience in an MRP production system preferred Great attitude and lots of enthusiasm are essential Sound like a good fit?
