Job Description

Restoration Project Manager - Job Overview We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee restoration and construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and our team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on time, and within budget . We are a growing company , and we want someone who wants to grow with us. The right person is organized, dependable, communicates well, understands construction, and is willing to learn all areas of the restoration industry. Responsibilities Manage restoration and construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate homeowners, adjusters, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Schedule crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections. Monitor jobsites for progress, quality, safety, and compliance. Keep projects on schedule and within budget. Order and track materials and project costs. Maintain accurate photos, notes, documentation, and job records. Use Xactimate, Encircle, Monday.com , and other restoration software. Understand or learn insurance claims, estimating, mitigation, and restoration processes. Place and monitor equipment during emergency jobs. Respond quickly to emergency calls when needed. Identify problems, communicate them early, and find solutions. Help coordinate projects from the initial emergency through final repairs. Skills & Qualifications Construction or restoration experience preferred. Insurance claims experience is a plus. Knowledge of construction and estimating practices. Experience with Xactimate, Encircle, and Monday.com preferred. Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Comfortable working in the field and independently. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Team player who communicates, shares information, and supports coworkers. Strong moral character, integrity, and personal responsibility. Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.
