Company Overview Broaddus Construction was originally founded in 1972 as FJW Construction. Over the next 35 years the firm provided services in over 30 states: serving a national customer base. During this time Broaddus Construction completed approximately 400 projects for over 100 clients, with multiple clients on a repeat basis. Later, to better serve the needs of clients around the state of Texas, Broaddus Construction opened permanent office locations in Austin, Houston, Dallas, and McAllen. Summary As Broaddus Construction experiences domestic growth outside the State of Texas, we are seeking Project Manager or Senior Project Manager caliber talent to join our team in the Greater Seattle Washington area. This position will add value to our current Federal division that focuses on military and DOD work. Prior Department of Defense (DOD) or military construction experience is extremely helpful and so is experience with Army or USACE project requirements. The Project Manager is the on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. The Project Manager will handle all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up/updates, schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. In addition, this role will maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Qualifications 7 years or more of experience required working on Commercial Construction projects in a Project Manager role. DOD or military construction experience greater than $5M highly desired for this role. Must be familiar with USACE project requirements. Three years or more of direct supervisory experience. Experience with cost projection, project management scheduling software, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports. Procore software, Bluebeam, or Egnyte experience helpful but not required. Must have strong communication skills to deal with owners and subcontractors, especially helpful if you have experience working with subcontractors in the greater Seattle area. Pay:
$140,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
