Job Description

Utility Project Manager Columbia Rural Electric Association is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Project Manager located at the Cooperative's Walla Walla Service Center. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating capital projects, system improvement projects, large load developments, transmission and substation projects, and other strategic initiatives from project inception through project closeout. This position is accountable for project execution and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with CREA construction standards, policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. The Project Manager works closely with Engineering, Operations, contractors, consultants, developers, regulatory agencies, and cooperative members. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field. Equivalent job experience and/or proven ability may be considered in lieu of education. Must be proficient in computer applications and should also be familiar with applicable codes, standards, and regulations, and possess a valid drivers license. Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal communications and time management skills. Salary Range:
$77,783-149,928/annual. M-F, V-D, EOE.
