What You'll Do Respond to residential water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses and reconstruction projects. Meet with homeowners and insurance professionals Inspect losses and develop scopes of work Secure restoration contracts and guide customers through the restoration process Build and maintain referral relationships with adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and other industry partners Generate new business opportunities through networking and relationship development Work closely with operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of restoration, construction, mitigation, or related industry experience
