What you will do:
Support development of training strategy and execution to ensure an impactful delivery in field. Deliver a full-scale training program for field technicians, installers and salespeople. Partner with operations leadership, HR, field trainers and other counterparts to adopt best practices and tailor programs to our workforce. Execute engaging trainings and content including manuals, e-learning, hands-on workshops, videos, and assessments. Recommends and implements appropriate learning delivery modalities (e.g., classroom- virtual/ in-person, on demand, blended learning, etc.
What you should bring:
3+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and/or Training within a field service or skilled trades industry. Proven success designing and implementing training programs that improved performance or reduced time to competency. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and blended learning methods. Comfort with training technology (LMS platforms, video tools, mobile learning apps). Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable program improvements. Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
