Are you looking for a career change? Make your career in metal at Maysteel! We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! This is a full-time onsite position located at our Allenton Wi facility. Project Manager Maysteel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) and internal projects from initiation through completion. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet schedule, quality, cost, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead project teams and manage project scope, timelines, risks, costs, and quality. Plan and oversee NPD, product transfers, and other manufacturing projects. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. Coordinate project meetings, communication, material needs, production schedules, and milestones. Manage project timelines, trackers, documentation, and deliverables throughout the project life cycle. Support Maysteel's NPD Stage-Gate process and ensure required deliverables are completed. Provide project status updates to leadership and present at key project stages. Identify and resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track. Build and guide effective cross-functional teams. Limited travel as needed based on project requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of related project management experience in manufacturing, preferably sheet metal. Strong experience with New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) and manufacturing operations. Proven ability to manage projects according to customer requirements. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. CAPM or PMP certification highly desirable. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
