- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute multiple projects while managing priorities, resources, and deliverables. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, direct technical personnel, and effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Financial & Commercial Acumen
- Experience with budget tracking, cost control, financial reporting, contract awareness, and management of scope and change control processes. Technical Knowledge & Problem Solving
- Ability to understand technical documents, drawings, procedures, work scopes, and reports while identifying and resolving project risks and execution challenges. Systems & Software Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with project management tools, document control processes, and Product Data Management (PDM) systems preferred. Safety & Operational Awareness
- Understanding of industrial and power generation environments, including applicable safety practices and effective collaboration across engineering, field service, and operations teams.
