Requirements At least five years of project-management experience in custom millwork, commercial cabinetry, casework, construction, or related manufacturing Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications Strong organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Valid driver's license AutoCAD, Microvellum, Cabinet Vision, ERP, or project-management software experience preferred Knowledge of AWI standards, countertops, laminate, veneer, hardware, or solid-surface materials preferred Ability to visit production areas and customer sites Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to pass a five-panel oral drug screen and criminal background check Job Duties Manage projects from award through installation and closeout Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project scope Develop schedules and monitor budgets, milestones, and profitability Coordinate engineering, purchasing, production, shipping, and installation Serve as the primary contact for customers, architects, contractors, and vendors Identify project risks, scope gaps, and design conflicts Prepare and document change orders Monitor material availability and vendor lead times Track production progress and quality inspections Maintain RFIs, submittals, approvals, meeting notes, and project files Review project costs, billing milestones, and invoices Resolve customer and production issues promptly Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
