The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Manager through the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and continual improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) activities across the organization's regulated business units. The position assists with document control, training administration, audits, corrective actions, supplier quality activities, quality records, and quality metrics. The role also provides limited cross-functional support for other compliance-related projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree or BS/BA degree in a related field or 0-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Experience in Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Vendor Management, Internal Auditing, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting quality systems, audits, corrective actions, investigations, training programs, document control activities, supplier quality activities, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Experience with analytical and collaborative tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Teams applications, and quality/compliance management systems strongly desired.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn and apply company policies, procedures, regulations, standards, and quality system requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while working independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Willingness to quickly learn new software and technologies as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Maintain Quality Management System records, files, logs, trackers, databases, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with maintenance and control of quality system documents including policies, procedures, forms, work instructions, logs, and records.
- Support document control activities including document review routing, revision control, issuance, and archival activities.
- Assist with training administration and maintenance of training records.
- Support internal and external audit preparation activities.
- Maintain audit records and assist with tracking audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities
- Assist with collection, organization, trend analysis, and reporting of quality metrics and performance data.
- Support complaint, nonconformance, investigation, and corrective action activities through record maintenance, coordination, and follow-up.
- Assist with supplier qualification, supplier monitoring, supplier evaluations, and supplier quality record maintenance.
- Assist with preparation of Management Review materials, reports, metrics, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain quality records in accordance with established retention and document control requirements.
- Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System processes.
COMPLIANCE TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT
- Support the Compliance Team through project participation, planning, communication, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work collaboratively with all functional areas throughout the organization and provide full support of management decisions.
- Complete various activities as directed by the team leader(s), including providing operational support to other departments as needed.
INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE
- Quality records, documents, and supporting documentation remain accurate, complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Assigned Quality Management System activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Training records, audit activities, corrective actions, and quality system follow-up activities are effectively maintained and communicated.
- Supplier and Vendor Management records remain current and supporting activities are completed according to established procedures.
- Successful cross-training and backup support capability for assigned Compliance Team activities.
- Timely, accurate, professional and clear communications.
- Harmony within each functional team.
- Accessibility and responsiveness to internal customers via phone, e-mail, Teams, and face-to-face interactions.
- Positive perception of support from internal and external customers.
- Active participation in Quality, Compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
