15-20% to local and regional project sites and customer locations.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience OR 10+ years of experience
Schedule:
Standard full-time schedule. Work hours may occasionally vary to support project deadlines, workload, and operational requirements.

- First of the month following 20 calendar days from date of hire. What You'll Do As an Experienced Project Manager, you'll lead projects from award through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. You'll coordinate project teams and stakeholders, manage financial performance, and proactively address challenges to keep work moving forward. In this role, you will: Establish project goals, schedules, budgets, milestones, staffing needs, and deliverables.
- Lead project startup, permitting, coordination, execution, and closeout activities.
- Manage project costs, forecasts, schedules, progress reports, and overall financial performance.
- Oversee contracts, RFIs, invoices, change orders, meetings, and project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, design partners, field teams, and regulatory contacts.
- Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure projects meet company, client, quality, and safety standards. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ownership, organization, and communication skills needed to lead successful projects. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study PLUS five (5) years or more of construction experience in mechanical plumbing/HVAC; OR ten (10) years or more of progressively responsible experience in commercial construction, including experience as a project manager.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, and applicable industry standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and estimating platforms.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
